Situated in the wonderful beachside community of Sawtell, this 2-storey, 4-bedroom home is just a 650m stroll to the sandy shores of Sawtell Beach, a popular and picturesque surf beach that is patrolled between in the summer months. Between the ocean and your holiday home is the fig-lined First Avenue, with its strip of fantastic restaurants, cafes, boutique shops and the local RSL. Spend the morning splashing in the waves, building sandcastles and strolling the beautiful coastline, then meander on back home via the cafes and shops as you soak up the relaxed, coastal vibe of this seaside village.
This comfortable holiday home is ideal for a family, with open plan living, kitchen and dining on the ground floor along with 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed. Upstairs, you'll find 2 more bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with 2 single beds. All 4 bedrooms feature ceiling fans and built-in robes. There are 2 convenient bathrooms, one with a combined bathtub and shower, and a toilet, and the other with a glass shower and toilet. The internal laundry has a washing machine, and there is off-street parking in the driveway for 2 cars – although in this prime, central location, you can do much of your exploring by foot.
Take your meal outside and dine alfresco on the fabulous covered back deck. Sit back and unwind over a glass of chilled wine, as you watch over the kids playing in the level backyard – just the way leisurely holiday afternoons are meant to be.

Dissapointed
The agent was extremely unprofessional with very poor to no communication. House was not cleaned when we arrived, we were 4 hrs late checking in waiting for cleaning to occur. All the utensils, plates, bowls, cooking equip were dirty and had to be washed prior to use. There was 1 wine glass for a house that sleeps 8. We ran out of gas and the agent did nothing so for 2 days we couldn't cook. The fans don't work properly. On the plus side the beds were comfortable, great outdoor area, great location. Perhaps you should add a BBQ for those times when there is no gas to the kitchen stove. The agent needs to seriously review their customer service which currently is non existent.
