Opening out onto a breezy, sun-drenched courtyard, this two bedroom, ground floor apartment is situated directly across from Sawtell Main Beach; it’s position is perfect for those families or couples who want to experience all Sawtell has to offer.

Entertainers will relish in the options available. Inside, a well-appointed, stone topped kitchen comes complete with a dishwasher & stainless steel appliances, whilst outdoors a large gas BBQ sits alongside a comfortable outdoor setting. For further relaxation, the lounge room offers a large leather lounge with space for the whole family to relax under the cool air conditioning unit, taking advantage of the big screen TV and Wi-Fi available.

With ample built in closet space and plush carpet flooring, the two bedrooms are the epitome of ‘luxury for less’, with crisp white linen adorning each bed & towelling also included (BYO beach towels). A modern combined bathroom/laundry finishes off the apartment, with a washing machine and dryer (located in the lock up garage) included.

Relaxing & Quiet

The property is located in a great position, close walking distance to shops, cafes & restaurants, right opposite the beach on a quiet road.

Well set up for cooking meals, but could probably have more cutlery, a frying pan, another pot etc., lacking a little in this area. The added detail of dishwashing machine powder and normal detergent, extra tea/coffee satchels, tea towel and scourer/sponge in a little starter pack along with basic amenities is very thoughtful

Overall, a nice clean, cosy unit, with plenty of room in Master bedroom and storage space, two singles in bedroom 2 which again is a good size and set up with good storage space.

Only small downside was the bathroom is small and if you want to use the toilet it adjoins the bathroom, so you have to go through to it. Not a problem for two people used to sharing a bathroom, but if someone is showering, like your teenagers, or friends, impossible and there is no fan to de mist, (you can open the small window as it has security mesh on the outside and is up high enough so that people passing by cannot see in).

Washing machine is in the bathroom (not a problem), dryer is in the outside lockable garage (also not a problem) as it is literally out the back door across the walkway adjacent to the unit.

Plenty of parking out front, or you have your own garage out the back on the little lane way to access.

We were here in Winter, so we used the reverse cycle air conditioner to take the chill off the lounge area at night a couple of times.

A decent size flat screen TV in the lounge and a small wall mounted one in the Master bedroom.

The courtyard garden is wonderful, private, quiet and adequate size. Outside table is the only one for dining, as there is no dining table inside, just the Island bench with 4 bar stools, but it worked for the two of us and would for a family of 4.

Couch was a bit soft for our liking.

good value, well located

Very well located a quick walk to beach, cafes and first ave retailers. The unit is smaller than we thought but well set up for a week's stay. Though the lounge desperately needs replacing as its super uncomfy (and tiny)! BBQ and Secure parking is a plus.

Perfect Sawtell holiday spot

We loved our stay here. So close to the beach and the Main Street. A beautiful oasis to come back to and relax in the leafy cool after a morning in the sun. We would definitely come again and have already recommended you to friends and family.

If you cancel your accommodation the following applies -

1. Bookings cancelled at least 90 days prior to “Guest” arrival date is refundable less a cancellation fee of $100.00.

2. Booking cancelled less than 90 days from “Guest” arrival date are non refundable but the following does apply –

i) if any guest has booked direct with Alloggio Holidays, and request a refund for a booking arrival date inside 90 days, we do not refund but can transfer booking dates or if guests are uncertain of dates we will provide them with an Alloggio Holiday gift voucher to the value of their “Rent” component of the booking.

ii) our fees will be retained however when the guest does utilise the gift voucher the value of rent will be towards whatever the cost of their new booking value is. There will be no booking fees charged on gift voucher bookings as we have already retained the fees.

iii) The voucher will be valid for booking stay dates within three years from date of issue and may be used on any of our Holiday Properties depending on availability.

3. If you shorten your stay, the unused portion of your rental is not refundable.

4. Any Bookings made via an OTA, for example, Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider will be subject to the OTA Terms and Conditions.If you cancel any booking made through Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider you may be required to pay further fees to those providers pursuant to their cancellation policy.

5. Any costs imposed by any other provider are in addition to any costs imposed by Alloggio Management.
