Shared laundry facilities.  Outdoor shower so you don't have to take the beach inside with you. Shared lock up garage space for small car.

Walk across the road to the beach or stroll to the restaurants, cafes and shops and cinema or a little further for golf, tennis and bowls.

Sawtell Beach is one of the Coffs Coast's best swimming spots and the village lifestyle has great appeal for locals and also newcomers seeking that warm community atmosphere.

What a great spot

This was the best location for a short break. The unit was very clean and easy to live in. I would highly recommend this unit if you love spending a lot of time at the beach. This location not only provides a 1 minute walk to the beach but also it is within several minutes from the club and the Sawtell main shopping centre. I would highly recommend this unit for couples and families with no more than two small children.

Home away from home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sand & Sea. It is so close to the beach, shops and the local RSL Club. The place is quite, clean and has all the amenities you need to make yourself at home. We loved the area and it is not far into Coffs Harbour. Highly recommend this unit for your holiday.

Sand & Sea 3 Review

We have been renting this unit for 2 weeks in January for the last 30 years and love the location. In the past it was managed by local real estate agents and maintenance issues were easily reported and quickly fixed. However this year there were some annoying issues which we had no idea how to get fixed. The sheet of instructions left by the previous agent was still pinned to the fridge so we went to them with our issues. They were unimpressed and there were no instructions that I could see, by Winning as to what to do so I ended up leaving a note for the cleaner. For the past 30 years there has been very little to complain about but this year there are things that need to be done. The shower is dripping badly which must be wasting a lot of water and means the shower recess never dries out and there are 2 tiles missing from the shower recess floor which need replacing. The wood cutting board in the kitchen looks like it has been left sitting in water as it is coming apart and has mould growing in between the layers of wood. This needs replacing and Im sure the owner would do this if she had been informed. There is one slat from the vertical blind in the front bedroom that needs replacing or refixing. This is a great little unit in a great position but Winning need to supply information about how to get maintenance issues fixed quickly. This is in the interests of the owner and the renter. We are hoping that these issues, which are important and are currently giving Winning some poor reviews, can be resolved by giving renters a local contact person who can attend to maintenance issues.

If you cancel your accommodation the following applies -

1. Bookings cancelled at least 90 days prior to “Guest” arrival date is refundable less a cancellation fee of $100.00.

2. Booking cancelled less than 90 days from “Guest” arrival date are non refundable but the following does apply –

i) if any guest has booked direct with Alloggio Holidays, and request a refund for a booking arrival date inside 90 days, we do not refund but can transfer booking dates or if guests are uncertain of dates we will provide them with an Alloggio Holiday gift voucher to the value of their “Rent” component of the booking.

ii) our fees will be retained however when the guest does utilise the gift voucher the value of rent will be towards whatever the cost of their new booking value is. There will be no booking fees charged on gift voucher bookings as we have already retained the fees.

iii) The voucher will be valid for booking stay dates within three years from date of issue and may be used on any of our Holiday Properties depending on availability.

3. If you shorten your stay, the unused portion of your rental is not refundable.

4. Any Bookings made via an OTA, for example, Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider will be subject to the OTA Terms and Conditions.If you cancel any booking made through Stayz, , Airbnb or other booking provider you may be required to pay further fees to those providers pursuant to their cancellation policy.

5. Any costs imposed by any other provider are in addition to any costs imposed by Alloggio Management.
